2007 the Centenary of Scouting.

2007 was the Centenary year and has been an exciting and busy year for all. During the early part of the year there were many camps and activities. We celebrated with a 100 year camp, starting out as a hike with our Trek-Cart and kit and finishing as a night at the local Scout site. The hike was brilliant, and we raised funds through sponsorship, it was combined with a family BBQ at Harmergreen where the wether remained dry'ish, but as we moved into the evening the heavens open and washed part of the site away, by 9.30 we had abandoned the camp.

Summer camp was a traditional week away at August at Tolmers Scout Activity Centre.

During the autumn there will be more activities, the year finishing off with Fireworks at another local camp site.
